Who we are

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information, and not much of either.

• Information you give us: when you submit the inquiry form, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, the category you selected and whatever you write in the message field.
• Information collected automatically: our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

What we do with it

We use what you send us to reply to your inquiry and to carry on the business conversation you started. That is the entire purpose.

• We do not sell your information. We never have and we are not going to.
• We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our hosting provider and our email delivery provider — and only to the extent they need it to do that job.
• We may disclose information where we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid legal request.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies and browser storage entries to keep the site working, including remembering your choice on the cookie banner so we do not ask again on every page.

If we add analytics in future, it will be loaded only after you accept on that banner, and declining will keep it switched off. You can clear cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Inquiry messages are kept in our email system for as long as the business relationship, or the possibility of one, is live. Server logs are retained on a short rolling window by our hosting provider. If you would like us to delete your inquiry, ask and we will.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS only, with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled, so traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted. Inquiry data is transmitted over encrypted connections to our email provider. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not collect sensitive categories of personal data, which is the simplest protection of all.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and residents of other states and countries may have comparable rights.

To exercise any of these, email contact@orderboxed.com. We will respond within the time your local law allows, and we will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a brand, partner or outside resource, that site has its own privacy policy and we are not responsible for their practices. It is worth reading theirs.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made obvious rather than buried.
